Welcome to our beautiful apartment in SC de Tenerife! :) The flat is located in the heart of the city: it's very quiet at night... and full of life by day! If you come to Tenerife as a worker / digital nomads, this place is perfect for you :) Only seasonal rental (not meant for tourists, sorry!). We have previous experience on Air b&b and very good reviews, specially from teleworkers and digital nomads. You can check it here: air b&b/apartment-santa-cruz-tenerife-digital-nomad If you are looking for a place where you can feel at home during your stay... welcome! :) If you travel with a baby, we can provide anything you need (we recently became parents!). I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! - The flat is on a third floor and there is no elevator. Please take it into account in case you have any special needs in terms of accessibility. The good news is, since is the top floor, you'll have extra light :) - You will enjoy a very lightful bedroom and a quiet space at night! There is plenty of room for your clothes, books and other things, as well as many blankets, an extra duvet, extra pillows... You'll feel at home! - The living room has an office (confortable chair and fast connection), a dining area (perfect for a quiet dinner) and a sofa area connected to the balcony. It's perfect for digital nomads :) You can have breakfast at the balcony, or just chill and enjoy the sun! - The kitchen is quite large and fully equipped: oven, washing machine, utensils... It has lots of light all day long, and it's one of my favorite spots in the apartment :) - The bathroom, like the rest of the house, has been recently renovated. Its a bit small, but you'll find everything you need, including hairdresser and many towels :) The flat is perfect for one person or two (+baby)! The whole flat is for your private use (there are no remarkable common areas). Please notice that this is a residential neighborhood: it is important to respect resting hours (from 10 pm to 8 am). No parties are aloud. Santa Cruz de Tenerife is very well connected with both Tenerife North Airport (the closest one) and Tenerife South Airport. In addition, there is a port with connections by boat to other islands, very close to the apartment. There are many bus stops and tram connection close to the apartment (less than 5 min away). Santa Cruz is a nice place for remote working and a great starting point to visit the rest of the island and enjoy its museums, architecture, music, gastronomy... Most of the cultural life takes place in this area and in La Laguna, which is very close and connected by tram. If you telecommute, it is a perfect destination to spend a long period of time: you can enjoy the day-to-day life of the city and move around the rest of the island (or travel to others) in your spare time. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund

How to rent this place

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
